Dove Springs Neighborhood Leaders and Organizations

Dove Springs is a strong community with a history of coming together and organizing for change. Neighborhood leaders and other residents including Ofelia Zapata, Ricardo Zavala, APD Officer Rose Perez, and Travis County Constable George Morales shared stories and shaped the making of the dance around their lived experiences of Dove Springs.
